Cancellation Policy

To provide each student with a personalized learning experience, all services are offered by appointment only. Appointments must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment or seat in a program. Please ensure you select the correct service before completing your booking. A confirmation email containing your appointment details and any applicable instructions will be sent once your reservation has been confirmed. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows are non-refundable and may require a new booking and payment. Boot Camp registrations may be transferred to a future available session if notice is provided at least seven (7) days before the scheduled event. Transfers are subject to availability. Mitchell Nursing Education Consulting reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, students will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Waitlist Policy Some services and Boot Camps have limited enrollment to ensure a high-quality learning experience. If a program reaches capacity, students may join the waitlist at no cost. When a seat becomes available, the next student on the waitlist will be contacted by email and/or phone. The offered seat must be accepted and payment received within 24 hours. If payment is not received within that timeframe, the opportunity will be offered to the next student on the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment. Refund Policy Due to the preparation and planning required for our educational services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds will only be issued if Mitchell Nursing Education & Consulting cancels a program and an alternative session cannot be provided. Late Arrival Policy Students arriving more than 15 minutes late for an individual appointment may need to reschedule, and the full session fee may still apply. Boot Camps begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may miss important instructional content and will not receive additional instructional time. Communication Policy We strive to respond to emails and inquiries within 1–2 business days.
